Wednesday Pup Welcome

A heartfelt welcome to Janie Junebug's newest dog-child, Penelope! May the three dogs of our lives forever control the living room and walk schedule in perfect harmony with moms and nature.

Especially nature.

  1. Three dog night! Three's company! (Pick one,) That's very sweet of you, dear Cherdo! I'm sure Penelope will be tickled to be featured in one of your posts along with her brother and her cousin Coco. Janie will be pleased, too.

    God bless!

    1. It may look nothing like Penelope...I couldn't see the whole torso, so I guessed, ha ha.

I hope Penelope can read (and use good grammar!). Tally ho, Shady-o!

Wonderful welcome post, great drawing. Coco is very stylish.
Sweet Penelope, she is so lucky to live in a Castle with a Queen and Frankline and not a shelter.
Janies post about when she came home with Penelope sure made me laugh among my tears.
    It made my day.

    cheers, parsnip

  7. Looks like the little Coco is overwhelmed by the size of Janie's two! Cute picture. They can all go on walks and check out the p-mail.

    1. Oh, Linda Kay. P-Mail? That's so cute. I imagine Coco is quite small compared to my kids, especially my son, who is 6'3" or so.

  12. Aww, nothing like a new dog. I can only handle one dog at a time!

  13. Aieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! (so high pitched it can only be heard by dogs) WE LOVE IT! You got her body exactly right. She's a little bit bull doggish. You also captured her smile, which is the best part. We wuv you, Cherdo. We all wuv you.

    Wuv,
    Janie, Franklin, and Penelope

    1. YOU EVEN GOT THE WHITE ON THE TIP OF HER TAIL, a collie trait. We think she's part border collie, as if Franklin--probably.

    2. That should have been "as is Franklin." Penelope and Franklin need to start proofreading for me. If you ever have time, I'd love to see Penelope with Odysseus.
