BOTB Results: Tumbing Dice

So close!  Stones 6, Ronstadt 8...the rooster is defeated (is that any way to treat the elderly, I ask you?).

Speaking of elderly, guess who didn't know the 7th was yesterday. You can vote below, snark-nation...

But not before Linda does her victory lap and sings us out:

  1. I hope all is going well with your son and the move and the unpacking. I'm glad Linda won and the old uglies didn't even though they make great music. They are rather unappealing aren't they? I look at Keith Richards and think Weekend at Bernies

    1. We are doing well and I see the light at the end of the tunnel CLEARLY. "The old uglies"...bwahahaha... I blur my eyes and remember them when they were the young bad guys on the radio. It works every time.

      Danke sehr, Birgit!

    1. Honey, you have free reign to come and go as you please and you (and thehamish) will still be my favorite. I know a little about life getting in the way of all things! Hugs!

  5. Linda beat the Stones at their own song?

Well, the voters shouldn't have watched the videos. The Rolling Stones should be heard and not seen!

I was going to say they aren't children! but then I guess the saying for children is seen and not heard.... so we're all good here ;)

Linda won, fair and not so square - she rocked it, too!

    1. I like all my geriatrics in spandex. The tighter, the better. That holds 'em together.

    1. I know what you mean; such a great voice. Sorry to learn she is having health problems. Apparently, Parkinson's Disease has lead to her losing her voice. What a shame.

  10. That was a tight one. I stand by my choice of the Stones, but like I said before Linda did a darn good job with the song.

    1. It's hard to question either vote, don't you think? They are BOTH awesome artists.

  11. I'm shocked! Linda did a great job, but to beat the original artists? That's one helluva victory! The Stones may be old and ugly but they can still rock hard. Appearance shouldn't be a factor, IMO.
